  • Position: Sales Manager
    Location: Bangalore

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.

    • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure targets are met.

    • Collaborate with the Presales team and Project Head to achieve targets and maximize site visit conversions.

    • Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

    • Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

    • Conduct site visits to maximize conversions and ensure client satisfaction.

    • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.



    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in real estate.

    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

    • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.

    • Willingness to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Position: Sourcing Manager
    Location: Bangalore

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Develop and manage relationships with channel partners to drive sales.

    • Implement channel marketing strategies and monitor their effectiveness.

    • Train and support channel partners to ensure they understand product offerings and sales processes.

    • Coordinate with internal teams to align channel strategies with overall company objectives.

    • Track and report on channel performance, providing insights and recommendations.



    • • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

    • • Minimum of 3 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in the real estate sector.

    • • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    • • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key partners.

    • • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data.

  • Position: Presales
    Location: Bangalore

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Work on incoming leads from the Lead Generation team and ensure timely follow-up.

    • Achieve weekly site visit and closure targets in collaboration with the Sales Manager and Project Head.

    • Provide continuous feedback to teams on predetermined parameters to optimize performance.

    • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose appropriate solutions.

    • Conduct thorough research and analysis to support sales strategies.

    • Assist in the creation of compelling presentations and proposals for potential clients.


    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in presales or a similar role, preferably in real estate.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

    • Proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
